JRDV proposed a master plan to expand the current Sutter Medical Center with the addition of a 250,000 SF Medical Office Building and 118-Unit Nursing Students and Visiting Nurses housing. The master plan of the Summit Medical Center includes ground floor retail and other pedestrian amenities in order to integrate with the fabric of the greater urban area, linking transit and access to this vital community institution and major employment hub.
