| 2777 Foothill involves the development of two schemes, one residential, and one mixed-use with retail. Both schemes encourage an activated and revitalized street. The residential scheme features units that front the street and have separate on-grade entrances. Small front yards provide security and visual personalization, and there are no high fences or visual barriers to the street. The mixed-use with retail scheme promotes shop fronts and a flexible tenant arrangement on Foothill Blvd making use of corner elements, awnings, and varied parapets to provide visual variety. The parking is partially screened to create a more continuous streetwall. |
