| Foothill Seminary involves the development of two schemes for a site located at the intersection of two major arterials in the Central City East Redevelopment Area of Oakland. The first scheme proposes single-level retail including an anchor and small retail fronting a parking court, with a cafe at the corner of the intersection. The second scheme proposed a mixed-use development with an anchor, small retail and senior's center at street level and senior's housing above overlooking a landscaped court. |
