Anchoring a major development site on Shanghai’s major retail corridor of Nan Jing Road, this mixed-use center provided a unique configuration of retail, entertainment, and office space. The constrained urban site created an opportunity for a 6 level vertical center, with a public park and outdoor cafes anchoring the roof deck.
