Victoria Gardens Urban Evolution was a conceptual study presented at the MAPIC Conference in Cannes in 2007. The study was presented as an interactive 3D model with the three faces of the rotating blocks illustrating how the development plan of Victoria Gardens allows for an almost infinite combination of retail, cultural, residential, and office development that can be created over time. Victoria Gardens follows in the Western planning tradition of defining a strong urban form that will endure as it evolves according to the region’s changing economic and cultural land use needs.
