| Westchester Retail is a mixed-use project on a 10 acre infill site near Los Angeles International Airport. JRDV worked with Forest City Commercial Development to conceptualize development alternatives for the site and produced design solutions including approximately 500,000 GSF of retail, including several department stores, and other smaller anchors on two principle levels. JRDV prepared several massing and stacking alternatives, with each alternative having a modern and a traditional stylistic approach. The project also includes three to four levels of residential development above the retail and is intended to create a walkable urban focus for the Westchester neighborhood. |
