| San Pedro Square Master Plan creates a strategic plan for the long term development of San Jose's emerging high-rise residential neighborhood. The plan established an "inner neighborhood" retail and mixed-use center for San Pedro Square in order to create a vibrant retail center that will act as a catalyst for the emerging mixed-use residential neighborhood. The master plan will increase retail offerings to expand neighborhood serving retail and complement the regional draw of alternative public market retail while also further enhancing arts and entertainment offerings. The proposed residential development will frame the inner historical area creating a “square within a square”. |
