La Isla Los Cabos is conceived as a Mediterranean style village consisting of plazas, streets, and water features overlooking the Gulf of Cortez. JRDV is the lead architecture firm planning La Isla Los Cabos which will be the largest retail development near Cabo San Lucas, located approximately 8km north-east of Cabo San Lucas. The core experience of the project is the “River Walk”, which will include a water way surrounded by outdoor restaurants and retail. The two ends of the mall are anchored by department stores linked by pedestrian retail paseos. To the north is the Uptown Walk and River Walk, to the south is the Luxury Town consisting of luxury retail. Included are luxury tenants such as Louis Vuitton, many restaurants, and a boutique hotel.
