Ilinskoye Moscow is a 200,000 m2 mixed-use project that encompasses retail, food markets, office buildings, and a hotel/conference center to be built northeast of Moscow. The project includes intersecting streets-each a concentration of stores belonging to a different retail segment, including lifestyle and fashion retail. A 200-room hotel and conference center is located on a promontory overlooking a golf course. Due to the exceptionally cold winters, the exterior pedestrian walkways are covered as well as heated. Stylistically, the project is a modern interpretation of an asymmetrical town plan using natural materials such as wood, stone, glass, and metal to create warmth and variety.
